The Superior Eyeglass Warranty

For 24 months from the date of delivery, Rx Optical will replace your frame and lenses if LOST OR SCRATCHED at 50% OFF our retail price at the time of warranty replacement.

Rx Optical will also replace or repair your frame if damaged and replace lenses if broken at NO CHARGE for the first 12 months. Damaged frame and lenses will be replaced at 50% OFF current retail prices during last 12 months of the warranty.

Replacement frame or lenses must be identical to original frame, lens material, prescription and lens coatings. Warranty must be purchased on the same day as a complete pair of glasses (frames and prescription lenses).

Superior Warranty covers prescription eyewear only and is not valid on safety glasses or products covered under manufacturer's direct warranty.
