The Jackson West office had a patient stop in for an adjustment and wanted to let everyone know how much she loves her Focus iD progressive lenses. She said they were "the best and clearest she's ever had!".

"I give this location the highest recommendation to anyone who needs a high quality customer service experience. Here's why... I've had horrible experiences with different providers in Jackson and decided to give RxOptical a try. I was hesitant at first due to the stigma of dealing with franchises or chain offices. This is typically due to high turnover in employees leading to lower quality customer service and products. RxOptical on West Ave definitely broke me of this stigma (specifically for their office). For the first time in a long time I had explanations of how and why my eyesight is changing and what to expect as I get older. This is in contrast to "Here is your prescription. Deal with it." and having glasses that don't work how I need them to work. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. The Doctor who examined my eyes let me know that I now need bifocals, explained to me why, how they work, etc. Well, that makes sense why my last set of glasses didn't work as expected. Now comes the tedious task of picking out my frames. I have zero sense of style when it comes to this task. Usually my wife comes with me to find frames that don't make me look dorkier than I already do (since she is the one who has to see me wearing them). She wasn't able to come with me this time, so the specialist working in the front helped me pick out a couple sets of frames. Once I settled on the frames, she ensured they were sized correctly and took the extra time to explain how progressive lenses work, what to expect, adjustment times, what to do, and what not to do. Unfortunately, my new glasses don't allow me to remember the names of the folks I worked with at the RxOptical office. So, I do apologize for that. Be assured though, every visit I've had since then has been the same high quality level as my first one." - Travis M.
